Built with Rega’s signature engineering, the Planar 3 incorporates a low-noise, 24V motor that works in harmony with the custom Neo PSU MK2 for stable rotation. A 12 mm float glass platter offers excellent speed stability, while the high-performance EBLT drive belt enhances consistency. The turntable’s double brace technology strengthens the connection between the tonearm and the main bearing, further improving sound integrity. Completing the package is a smoked dust cover to protect the components while maintaining the turntable’s elegant design. This combination of refined materials and precision engineering results in a rich, immersive vinyl experience.
